THE FORTE EXPERIENCE
Engagement in The FORTE Experience provides a path for women to drive toward professional actualization. The foundational knowledge and insights provided by the Founder coupled with the bespoke advising and action planning each individual receives sets them on their own, optimal path. For many women, their FORTE experience will include engagement in a structured program, engaging as a group in a transformational process designed to deepen personal insights and clarity and mobilize women to grow and excel professionally.
Highly interactive in-person trainings help women to:
Contemplate key questions to ensure they operate with vision
and intentionality as they grow professionally
Create a context for clarity and personal insight
Foundational knowledge & Insights
Group Gatherings & Learnings
The FORTE model integrates:
The extensive experience of the Founder
Wisdom from a broad range of women at different points in their journeys
Relevant research to help women develop clarity, operate with intentionality and accomplish their goals
Individualized Coaching
Individuals will partner with the Founder to:
Collaboratively build an individual action plan to embark on the path of professional actualization.
Enlist their manager, mentor or peer support to actualize plan through regular check-ins, goal setting and supportive accountability
Peer-to-Peer Support
Through the FORTE Experience, women will:
Become a member of a group of 8-10 women supporting one another through their transformational journey.
In pairs, work in partnership to support one another
